Chelsea (Mich.) Community Hospital has announced plans to build a new cancer center to expand current cancer services offered on the CCH campus, according to a report from the Chelsea Standard.
The 15,000-square-foot center will offer radiation therapy, chemotherapy, genetic counseling and access to clinical research trials all in one place.
CCH plans to break ground January 2014 and complete the facility December 2014, according to the report.
