Three hospital systems have received credit rating downgrades in the last 30 days, according to HFA Partners.
The health systems receiving the downgrades include:
• Mary Washington Healthcare (Fredericksburg, Va.) — From A3 to Baa1 (Moody's)
• Mercy Medical Center (Canton, Ohio) — From BBB- to BB+ (Fitch)
• Reid Hospital & Health System (Richmond, Ind.) — From A+ to A (Fitch)
Two health systems also received upgrades in the last 30 days.
