Garrett County Memorial Hospital in Oakland, Md., has broken ground on a $23.5 million construction project, according to a Cumberland Times-News report.
The project was officially begun with the ground breaking of a four-story addition to the hospital. The project will take three years to construct and will be 19,504 square feet, according to the report.
