West Hills (Calif.) Hospital & Medical Center hired John Neidenbach to serve as vice president and COO.
Most recently, Mr. Neidenbach served as associate COO of Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, Calif. He joined Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America, West Hills Hospital's parent, in 2012. He initially served as assistant administrator and administrative fellow at Medical Center of Aurora (Colo.).
Mr. Neidenbach holds an MBA degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day operations as well as provide executive leadership to the staff.
West Hills Hospital & Medical Center, an acute-care facility, includes 450 physicians and 900 staff members.
