Greenville, N.C.-based Vidant Health selected Niti Armistead, MD, to serve as CMO, effective July 16.
Here are three notes:
1. Dr. Armistead most recently served as senior medical director for quality at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
2. She was also director of the Teachers of Quality Academy at East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine in Greenville.
3. She has also served on Vidant's general internal medicine staff since 2012.
