Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, Ariz., has named Rick Carter CEO, effective late December, according to a Mohave Daily News report.
Mr. Carter will join Valley View Medical Center from Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, where he serves as president. He has also filled leadership roles at hospitals in California, Kentucky, Mississippi and Washington, according to the report.
Mr. Carter succeeds interim CEO David Sirk, who has been serving in that capacity since August after former CEO Allen Peters was named CEO of Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, W.Va.
