Paramus, N.J.-based Valley Health System has promoted Robert Brenner, MD, to president and CEO.
Dr. Brenner will replace Audrey Meyers, who served as CEO since 1999 and will assume the role of system CEO emeritus, according to a July 1 email release shared with Becker's.
As CEO, Dr. Brenner will oversee the vision, strategy, future programs and operations of three entities: the Valley Hospital, Valley Home Care, and Valley Medical Group.
Ms. Meyers will oversee the repurposing of Valley Health System-Ridgewood Campus, including the relocation of clinical services and business functions to other locations and expanding the continuum of healthcare services at the Ridgewood campus.
