Burlington-based University of Vermont Health Network appointed Michelle LeBeau, RN, president of Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, N.Y., as well as president and COO of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh, N.Y.
Here are five notes:
1. Ms. LeBeau has served as COO of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital since 2015. She will add the president roles at CVPH and Alice Hyde Medical Center to her current position.
2. She previously served as vice president of human resources at CVPH.
3. She initially joined the hospital as a critical care nurse.
4. She holds a master's degree in human resources from Walden University in Minneapolis.
5. Ms. LeBeau succeeds Stephens Mundy, who is retiring from his roles as president of Alice Hyde Medical Center and Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital.
