University of Toledo (Ohio) Medical Center dropped the 'interim' from CEO Dan Barbee's title.
Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Barbee has been serving as interim CEO since June 1, 2016.
2. Prior to that, he served as the medical center's vice president of clinical service and COO.
3. He came to UTMC in 2011, initially serving as associate executive director and CNO.
4. He earned a MBA degree from the University of Phoenix.
