University Medical Center New Orleans selected Danny Hardman, RN, to serve as CEO, effective June 3.
Four notes:
1. Mr. Hardman most recently served as COO and chief nursing officer at Christus Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline and Christus Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Memorial, both in Corpus Christi, Texas.
2. He has prior experience as senior vice president of patient care services and CNO at McAlester (Okla.) Regional Health Center and CNO at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla.
3. He has 20-plus years of healthcare experience.
4. Mr. Hardman holds an MBA from Centenary College in Shreveport, La.
