Terre Haute, Ind.-based Union Health System has named Patrick Board president and CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2013.
Mr. Board will succeed David Doerr, who announced in October that he will retire at the end of this year.
Mr. Board is currently the CEO of Union Associated Physicians Clinic, a multi-specialty group medical practice in Terre Haute which is part of UHS. He has more than 28 years of healthcare leadership experience.
