David Doerr, president and CEO of Union Health System in Terre Haute, Ind., has announced his retirement, effective Dec. 31, 2012, according to a report by the Tribune Star.
Prior to serving as CEO of the system, Mr. Doerr served as the president and CEO of Union Hospital. He has held various leadership positions at Union over the past 25 years.
