1. Mr. Bearden most recently served as associate CFO at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
2. He has worked at Nashville-based HCA Healthcare, TriStar's parent, since 2007.
3. He is a member of the national Healthcare Financial Management Association.
4. Mr. Bearden holds an MBA from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University in Nashville.
