Johnson City, Tenn.-based Mountain States Health Alliance appointed Trish Baise, DNP, RN, CEO of Franklin Woods Community Hospital and Woodridge Hospital, both based in Johnson City. She will also serve as administrator of Overmountain Recovery, also in Johnson City.
Here are five notes:
1. Ms. Baise has served as chief nursing officer of Franklin Woods and Woodridge since 2014.
2. She has worked at Mountain States Health Alliance since 2009, serving in a number of nursing leadership roles.
3. She serves on the board of directors of the Tennessee Nurses Association and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
4. She is a certified nurse executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
5. Ms. Baise replaces Lindy White, who is leaving to serve as CEO of Providence Health Northeast Hospital in Columbia, S.C.
