1. Mr. Trinh most recently served as president of the Illinois Division at Chicago-based Oak Street Health.
2. He was previously market vice president for Orlando and South Florida at Denver-based DaVita Medical Group.
3. The Villages Health includes eight care centers, employing 450 healthcare professionals.
