San Antonio-based Methodist Healthcare has named Rachel Goldsmith CEO of Methodist Children's Hospital, effective June 1.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Goldsmith served as COO for both Methodist Hospital in San Antonio and Methodist Children's, where she oversaw more than $40 million in capital projects to help expand capabilities at both facilities, according to a May 28 health system news release shared with Becker's.
Ms. Goldsmith also served as vice president of operations, business development and strategy at Methodist Hospital.
