Lavon Beard was named associate administrator for Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, Ala.
Mr. Beard brings more than two decades of hospital experience to the role, according to an April 6 news release.
Most recently, he served as director of patient experience at Princeton Baptist.
Princeton Baptist is part of Brookwood Baptist Health, which is operated by Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.
