Seattle-based Swedish Health Services appointed four members to its senior leadership team.
Jeffery Robert will serve as Swedish's new COO. Most recently, he served as COO of Swedish Issaquah (Wash.) Campus. His previous experience includes serving as chief strategic officer for the Southwest Washington region of Renton, Wash.-based Providence St. Joseph Health and COO of Pacific Medical Centers in Seattle. He earned his master's degree in public health-health services management from UC Los Angeles.
Swedish appointed Chris Dale, MD, chief quality officer. He has served as medical director of Swedish Medical Group's Quality and Value team since 2013. A pulmonary and critical care physician by training, he has also served as a U.S. Navy flight surgeon.
Jennifer McAleer is Swedish's new chief compliance and privacy officer. She previously developed, implemented and oversaw the compliance program at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She has also served as compliance officer for a community-based youth organization and a Medicaid managed care organization.
Swedish named Mike Denney chief real estate officer. Formerly, Mr. Denney worked at CBRE, leading healthcare accounts. From 1989 to 2000, he was Swedish's outpatient real estate director. He also helped lead Swedish projects while at other commercial real estate firms.
