Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch, Calif., named Sherie C. Hickman CEO.
Here are five things to know:
1. Ms. Hickman most recently served as administrator at Novato (Calif.) Community Hospital.
2. She has experience serving as COO of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C., and Dignity Health's Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, Calif.
3. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives as well as a member and past president of the California Association of Healthcare Leaders.
4. Ms. Hickman received the ACHE's Regents Award in 2007.
5. She holds a master's degree in hospital administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
