Sumner Regional Medical Center, in Wellington, Kan., has named Leonard Hernandez its new CEO and president, according to a Wellington Daily News report.
Mr. Hernandez has 20 years of hospital leadership experience and was most recently the CEO of the Morton County Health System in Elkhart, Kan., according to the report.
Mr. Hernandez will start the position Sept. 4. He is replacing Bob Bean.
