Straub Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, appointed John Belew COO, according to a Pacific Business News report.

1. Mr. Belew most recently served as COO of Darnall Army Medical Center in Killeen, Texas.
2. He previously served as CFO and then COO of Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash.
3. In his new role, Mr. Belew will oversee operations for the medical center and its affiliated clinics throughout Hawaii.
