St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, Conn., has named Lawrence Schek, MD, as senior vice president and CMO.
Dr. Schek joined St. Vincent's in 2010. Prior to that, he served as managing physician of Hudson Valley Heart Center in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
Dr. Schek will remain a chairperson of the department of cardiovascular medicine and medical director of the Elizabeth Pfriem Regional Heart & Vascular Center.
