Memphis, Tenn.-based St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has named Lori Spicer Robertson its vice president and chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer.
Ms. Spicer Robertson is a "nationally recognized thought leader" in DEI initiatives, according to a Dec. 13 news release from the hospital. She most recently served as vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion for Saks Fifth Avenue and saks.com. Ms. Spicer Robertson holds healthcare leadership experience from her time as community affairs and engagement manager at Memphis-based Regional Medical Center, now Regional One Health.
Ms. Spicer Robertson succeeds Kelvin Womack, the system's inaugural DEI officer who retired earlier this year.
