St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho, tapped Blain Claypool to lead as CEO, effective Sept. 25.

1. Mr. Claypool most recently served as the president of acute care for St. Vincent's Healthcare in Jacksonville, Fla.
2. He previously served as CEO of three hospitals within Renown Health in Reno, Nev.
3. He holds a master of science degree in health administration from the University of Oklahoma in Norman.
