Chicago-based Sinai Health System named Airica Steed, EdD, RN, executive vice president and COO, effective Feb. 11.
Five notes:
1. Dr. Steed most recently served as senior vice president of operations with Presence Health in Chicago.
2. She was previously the enterprise chief customer experience officer for University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System in Chicago.
3. She is a fellow with American College of Health Executives and a member of American Organization of Nurse Executives.
4. Dr. Steed holds a doctorate in leadership from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Ill.
5. She has also served on the board of examiners for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program for several terms.
