D. Scott Petty, assistant administrator for physician practice at Stillwater (Okla.) Medical Center, has been named executive director of the Stillwater Medical Center Foundation, according to a Stillwater News Press report.
Here are three things to know about Mr. Petty.
1. Mr. Petty has 27 years of experience in marketing, recruitment and development in academic and medical-related settings, according to the report.
2. Mr. Petty spent a decade in development for the Oklahoma State University Foundation and the OSU College of Education.
3. Mr. Petty told the Stillwater News Press that Stillwater Medical Center's building projects on 12th Avenue will be part of his focus as the foundation's executive director, with naming opportunities available for some of the facilities.
