Saratoga Springs, N.Y.-based Saratoga Hospital has named Kathy LaFond its administrative director of human resources.
Ms. LaFond has over two decades of human resources experience, according to an Oct. 4 news release from the hospital. She most recently served Saratoga Hospital as associate director of benefits and compensation.
Saratoga Hospital is a member of Albany (N.Y.) Med Health System.
