Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health named new COOs and chief nursing officers for Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and Saint Thomas West Hospital, both in Nashville.
Jeremy Gray is Saint Thomas Midtown's new COO and Marco Fernandez will serve as CNO. Mr. Gray previously worked at Nashville-based HCA Healthcare, where he served in several leadership roles, including as COO of Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, Va.
Mr. Fernandez formerly worked at Saint Thomas West Hospital, most recently served as executive director of talent management and education.
Harrison Kiser will step into the COO role and Sam Straton, RN, will serve as CNO at Saint Thomas West. Mr. Kiser most recently served as Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville (Ark.) and Willow Creek Women and Children's Hospital in Johnson, Ark.
Ms. Straton previously served as director of cardiac services at Saint Thomas Health. Prior to joining the Saint Thomas team in 2016, she served in leadership roles at The Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky., and University of Louisville Hospital.
