Phil McCorkle, CEO of Saint Mary's Health Care in Grand Rapids, Mich., has announced that he plans to retire in the summer of 2013.
Mr. McCorkle has served as CEO of Saint Mary's Health Care since April 2000.
Saint Mary's Health Care has appointed a search firm to find Mr. McCorkle's replacement and expects to name a replacement early next summer.
