Helen Lidholm, CEO of Saint Mary's Health Network in Reno, Nev., is planning to step down Jan. 31, according to CBS affiliate KTVN.
Ms. Lidholm has served as CEO since 2012. During her tenure, the health network was awarded a CMS four-star rating four years in a row. She oversaw the hospital's transition to the Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare Services family in 2012.
She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience and served as the health network's COO before becoming CEO. Before joining Saint Mary's, she was executive vice president and COO of California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles.
