Rose Medical Center in Denver named Ryan Tobin president and CEO, effective Jan. 2, 2018.
Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Tobin currently serves as the hospital's COO, overseeing numerous projects, including the launch of the hospital's first freestanding emergency room.
2. He previously served as COO of HealthOne's North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colo.
3. He holds a master of science degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.
4. He succeeds Kenneth Feiler, who stepped down and is transitioning to "other roles of service, including executive development and teaching," according to a hospital statement.
