1. Most recently, Mr. Langlois served as the hospital's CFO.
2. Previously, he served as CFO and then CEO of Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, Ala.
3. He is affiliated with the Healthcare Financial Management Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
