Gregg Chartrand, who started in June as CFO of St. Peter, Minn.-based River's Edge Hospital and Clinic, has left his post, according to a St. Peter Herald report.
Here are four things to know about Mr. Chartrand and his departure.
1. Mr. Chartrand's last day on the job was earlier this month.
2. Stephanie Holden, chief marketing and development officer for River's Edge, told the St. Peter Herald Mr. Chartrand "left for personal reasons," and did not provide a specific reason or two weeks' notice. "He left on good terms and we wish him the best," she added.
3. During Mr. Chartrand's tenure, the hospital saw its finances improve, with help from a partnership with Mankato, Minn.-based Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic, according to the report.
4. Previously, Mr. Chartrand worked at the Hazelden Foundation and at community hospitals and long-term care facilities near the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
