Randall L. Kelley will serve as president and CEO of CaroMont Health, based in Gastonia, N.C., starting in early 2012, according to a Gaston Gazette report.
Mr. Kelley currently serves as the CEO of Inova Loudoun Hospital and senior vice president of Inova Health System, both in Leesburg, Va. Before joining Inova Health, he had previously served at Gateway Health System/Triad Hospitals in Clarksville, Tenn., Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio, and Bixby Medical Center in Adrian, Mich., according to the report.
Mr. Kelley succeeds Valinda Rutledge, who left CaroMont Health in May to serve as director of the Patient Care Models Group at CMS' new Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.
