Krista Farnham, chief executive of Providence Hospital's north coast service area and Providence Seaside (Ore.) Hospital, has accepted the COO position at Providence Portland (Ore.) Medical Center, effective Nov. 5, according to a Seaside Signal report.
In her new position, Ms. Farnham will oversee a team of 4,300 employees and physicians at the 350-bed facility.
