Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica has appointed Donna Zuk chief accounting officer, effective Nov. 3.
Ms. Zuk joins ProMedica from Corewell Health in Southfield, Mich., where she oversaw financial operations for the $15 billion academic system, including corporate accounting, accounts payable and payroll for more than 65,000 employees.
She previously served as CFO/controller for Bon Secours Michigan Health System in Grosse Pointe and controller/acting treasurer for the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo. She will report to CFO Terry Metzger.
"We expect to benefit greatly from her analytical and operational decision-making support as we continue to position ProMedica for greater stability and success," Mr. Metzger said.
