ProMedica selects two regional leaders

Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica has made two regional leadership appointments, according to a Toledo Blade report.

Dawn Buskey was named president of the metro region for the Toledo area at ProMedica. She was previously president of regional acute care in Michigan and president of ProMedica Monroe (Mich.) Regional Hospital. She has worked at ProMedica for 29 years.

Ms. Buskey succeeds Neeraj Kanwal, MD, who had been serving as the interim president for the metro region. Dr. Kanwal will continue as vice president of medical affairs of the metro region and ProMedica system senior vice president of inpatient and retail pharmacy.

Darrin Arquette will replace Ms. Buskey as president of regional acute care in Michigan and president of ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital. He most recently served as senior vice president of neurosciences and heart and vascular service lines at the organization, where he has worked for 18 years.
