Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health has announced that Harry L. Smith, Jr., will be the president of Charlotte, N.C.-based Presbyterian Healthcare and the greater Charlotte market, effective Nov. 12.
Most recently, Mr. Smith served as president and CEO of Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.
Mr. Smith has a master's degree in hospital and healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
