Sally Strzelecki, CNO of Phoenixville (Pa.) Hospital, is retiring after 48 years of service to the hospital, according to a Digital First Media report.
Here are three things to know about Ms. Strzelecki.
1. As a nurse, she has worked extensively in many different areas at Phoenixville Hospital including pediatrics, adult critical care, obstretrical nursing and relief night supervisor.
2. She was involved with the recent upgrades and additions at Phoenixville Hospital including the planning for opening the new intensive care unit and the new emergency room.
3. Now that she is retiring from the hospital, she is looking into the possibility of teaching at the graduate level, according to the report. She also plans to continue her volunteer work with local nonprofit organizations.
