Peak Health Solutions, a national provider of mid-revenue cycle solutions, has promoted Jennifer R. Humm from director of talent acquisition to associate vice president of talent acquisition and strategic operations.
Here are three things to know about Ms. Humm.
1. She has nearly 10 years of diverse operational and strategic talent acquisition experience.
2. In her previous role with Peak, Ms. Humm was responsible for operational direction and leadership for the talent acquisition team, placing many professional coding and clinical documentation improvement candidates and developing new compensation plans to drive performance and hiring targets, Peak said.
3. In her new role, she will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for the organization's leaders and associates.
