1. Ms. Barker most recently served as served as director of nursing at the hospital.
2. She is equipped with 18 years of healthcare experience.
3. She previously served as a phlebotomist, radiology receptionist and emergency medical technician.
4. The hospital is a Hays (Kan.) Medical Center partner.
