Parham Doctors' Hospital in Richmond, Va., part of Hospital Corporation of America Virginia, appointed Brian Allen as COO, according to a Richmond Times-Dispatch report.
Here are three notes:
1. Mr. Allen most recently served as COO of Community Health Systems' Sebastian (Fla.) River Medical Center.
2. He has more than a decade of experience in military and medical operations management.
3. He also previously served as associate administrator for cardiovascular services at Henrico Doctors' Hospital, also in Richmond.
