Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights, Ill., has named Terrence Moisan, MD, as CEO. Dr. Moisan has been serving as interim CEO since February following the abrupt resignation of CEO Edgardo Tenreiro, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
A practicing pulmonologist, Dr. Moisan has worked with Palos Community Hospital for more than 35 years. As permanent CEO, he plans to expand cardiovascular and medical imaging services as well as outpatient care.
