Donna Russell-Cook, president of Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, retired.
Three notes:
1. Ms. Russell-Cook was also senior vice president of Brewer, Maine-based Northern Light Health.
2. She assumed the president role at Northern Light EMMC in October 2016.
3. She has prior experience as CEO of the Oklahoma Heart Institute in Tulsa and president of CHI-Franciscan Health in Tacoma, Wash.
