Northeast Baptist Hospital in San Antonio appointed J. Phillip Young CEO, effective March 5.
Here are three things to know:
1. Mr. Young comes to Northeast Baptist from The Hospitals of Providence, East Campus in El Paso, Texas, where he was CEO.
2. In his previous role, he oversaw the growth of several hospital services, including outpatient physical and occupational therapy, wound care, infusion services and maternal/fetal medicine.
3. His prior experience includes serving as regional CEO of Woodland Park & Eastmoreland Hospitals in Portland, Ore., and as CEO of Crawford Memorial Hospital in Van Buren, Ark.
