James G. Bands has joined Laramie, Wyo.-based Ivinson Memorial Hospital as CFO.
Here are five things to know about Mr. Bands.
1. He started his new role Feb. 1.
2. He has nearly 40 years of financial leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
3. Most recently, he was corporate strategic initiatives officer at University Physician's Healthcare in Tucson, Ariz.
4. He was also previously COO at UPH hospital division, and CFO of Phoenix Children's Hospital, a 300-bed pediatric teaching hospital.
5. Mr. Bands earned a master's degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
