Clarendon Health System in Manning, S.C., has named Deborah Locklair CEO and administrator, according to a Manning Live report.
The move is part of a new management agreement between Clarendon and Florence, S.C.-based McLeod Health, which are moving toward an affiliation.
Ms. Locklair has served as senior vice president of McLeod Health and regional administrator for McLeod Health Dillon (S.C.) and McLeod Health Cheraw (S.C.).
She was expected to begin her new role at Clarendon May 25.
In the report, Clarendon board Chairman Jim Darby did not address the status of CFO Paul Schumacher, who has served as interim CEO since former CEO Richard Stokes left the hospital last December.
