Rocky Mount, N.C.-based Nash UNC Health Care selected Shawn Hartley to serve as CFO, effective in July.

1. Mr. Hartley comes to Nash UNC from UNC Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Lenoir, N.C., where he serves as CFO.
2. He holds a master's degree in accountancy from the University of West Florida's College of Business in Pensacola.
3. Nash UNC Health Care is a nonprofit hospital authority with five licensed hospitals.
