Nantucket (Mass.) Cottage Hospital has tapped Jeanette Ives Erickson, DNP, RN, to serve as interim president and CEO, according to a Cape Cod Times report.
Dr. Ives Erickson is an instructor at Harvard Medical School and professor at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, both based in Boston. She has also served as a consultant for Nantucket Cottage Hospital since March 2018.
She previously served as chief nurse at Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Ives Erickson will take over as interim leader of the hospital Sept. 1, following the retirement of Margot Hartmann, MD, PhD.
