Mike Fenello has been named site administrator for Twin Falls, Idaho-based St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center, according to a KMVT / KSVT report.
Here are five things to know about Mr. Fenello.
1. As site administrator, Mr. Fenello will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of St. Luke's Magic Valley, according to the report.
2. He currently is site administrator at St. Luke's McCall (Idaho) Medical Center.
3. He was CEO of Complex Care Hospital of Idaho in Boise and CEO of Kindred Hospital in Las Vegas before joining Boise-based St. Luke's Health System in 2012.
4. Mr. Fenello earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Juniata College in Huntington, Penn., and a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in hospital and health services administration from State College-based Pennsylvania State University.
5. His appointment comes the same week St. Luke's East Region CEO Jim Angle announced his resignation. Chris Roth, St. Luke's Health System COO, was named acting St. Luke's East Region CEO.
